Tell us what went wrong. A person reads every report, and you'll get a reference number to quote.
This report carries diagnostics from Hubort: versions, error codes and counts, with every account shown as a number rather than its name. Nothing from your chats is in it, and you can read all of it under What's included before sending.
Reporting from Hubort itself adds diagnostics that help us fix things faster: in the Hubort window, open Help → Report a problem; in the browser extension, choose Report a problem at the bottom of its popup.
