Lost your licence key?

Enter the address you bought Hubort with. We'll send every key bought with it again, to that address only, from [email protected], usually within a minute.

Once it arrives

   Open Hubort, then Settings → Licence.

   Paste the key from the email, whole: it's one long line, even if your email wraps it.

   A subscription's key renews itself after that; a key bought once keeps working with every release it covers.

A key whose payment was refunded, and a subscription's key once it has run out, aren't sent again. No longer have that address, or nothing arrives? Write to [email protected] with your order number from Paddle's receipt if you have it.
